Ingredients

For the kielbasa
  • 2 package (14 oz) kielbasa fully cooked
For the glaze
  • 0.75 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • 1 9x13-inch baking dish

Method

Prepare the kielbasa
  1. Heat the oven to 350°F and arrange a rack in the center.
  2. Cut the kielbasa into 1/2-inch-thick rounds and arrange them in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Make the glaze
  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, then stir in the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper until smooth and the sugar is mostly dissolved, about 2 minutes.
Assemble and bake
  1. Pour the glaze over the kielbasa and toss to coat the pieces evenly.
  2. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the glaze is bubbling and glossy and the kielbasa is hot throughout.
  3. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Toss thoroughly so the glaze coats every piece evenly. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days; freeze for up to 2 months. For a lower-fat option, use turkey kielbasa.
