Method
Make the filling
- Stir the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, and Parmesan until evenly combined.
Bake the wonton cups
- Heat the oven to 350°F.
- Lightly coat a 12-cup standard muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, pleating the sides as needed.
- Lightly coat the wrappers with cooking spray.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
Fill and bake
- Divide the filling among the wonton cups, using about 3 tablespoons per cup.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the filling is hot and the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cups rest in the pan for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For crisp cups, squeeze the spinach very dry. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; freezing is not recommended because the wonton cups soften. For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free wonton wrappers if available.
