Ingredients

For the hot honey
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 0.125 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
For the Boursin
  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 0.25 cup pistachios shelled, finely chopped
  • 1 box (7 oz) crackers for serving

Equipment

  • 1 small saucepan

Method

Make the hot honey
  1. Warm the honey and crushed red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring, until fluid and warm.
  2. Remove from the heat and let steep for 5 minutes.
Assemble and serve
  1. Let the Boursin stand at room temperature for 20 minutes, then place it on a serving plate.
  2. Sprinkle the pistachios over the cheese, drizzle with the hot honey, and arrange the crackers around it.

Notes

For the best texture, finely chop the pistachios so they cling to the cheese. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; freezing is not recommended. Serve with gluten-free crackers for a gluten-free option.
